HOTWORX®
is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits
of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute isometric workout session and/or a 15-minute
HIIT, high-intensity interval training, session inside an infrared sauna. As the infrared heat penetrates the
body causing the body to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically
removing the toxins from the organs through muscle contraction. The HIIT, high-intensity interval training,
provides excellent resistance and cardio workout in a very short amount of time.
HOTWORX is located in Louisville at 12545 Shelbyville Rd and open 24 hours to members. Our staffed hours are 11am-8pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-6pm Fri and 11am-4pm Saturday. Our drop-in rates are $20 so each 1-week pass would be worth $120 if used all 6 days. The pass must be utilized during staffed hours and includes the use of HOTWORX mat and towel.
