2025 Bluegrass Pug Rescue T-Shirt Design Contest
Calling all artists! Bluegrass Pug Rescue is searching for a brand new 2025 BPR t-shirt design, and we want YOU to design it. The winning design will be BPR’s official 2025 t-shirt. It will debut and be offered for sale at the 2025 Bluegrass Pugfest! All proceeds from the sale of the t-shirts will benefit Bluegrass Pug Rescue in its mission to rescue abused, abandoned, homeless unwanted, sick or injured Pugs, rehabilitate them and place them into loving, permanent adoptive homes in Kentucky and surrounding areas.
Terms and Conditions:
There is no entry fee to submit a design. All entrants must reside in the continental United States. If you are under the age of 18, your design must be submitted by either a parent or guardian on your behalf. Each entrant is limited to submitting one (1) original design.
Contest Rules:
The 2025 Bluegrass Pug Rescue T-Shirt Design contest is open to all entrants residing in the United States.
All designs must be the original creation of the contestant. AI is acceptable; however, the design must be an original.
The design submission must not have been previously published, and it must not contain profanity, trademarks, other organizations designs or logos nor must it be copyrighted works of any other person, business or entity.
Designs must be submitted in high resolution in a Vector file, Adobe, or Canva and can be a maximum of 12”X12”.
Design submissions must be sent to contest@bluegrasspugrescue.org by 11:59 EST on March 28, 2025.
The winning contestant shall agree and sign a waiver to allow Bluegrass Pug Rescue Inc., ("BPR") to use their winning design, free of charge, for all printing and promotional purposes.
The winning contestant agrees to work with BPR’s printer vendor if slight changes or modifications are necessary for production. If the winning contestant refuses to work with BPR’s printer, an alternate winner may be chosen.
The contestant acknowledges and agrees that by submitting a T-Shirt design entry, you agree to all of the terms, conditions and rules of this contest.

Winner Selection Criteria:
All T-Shirt design entries will be judged by the Bluegrass Pug Rescue Inc., Board of Directors on April 12, 2025, and will be reviewed for:
Concept and originality
Creativity
Visibility of the design from a reasonable distance
Adherence to the Terms Conditions and Contest Rules
The design must contain the name Bluegrass Pug Rescue.
Announcing the Winner:
The winner of the 2025 Bluegrass Pug Rescue T-Shirt Design contest will be notified by phone and/or email by 6:00 PM EST on April 12, 2025.
The winner will be announced publicly on the Bluegrass Pug Rescue Facebook page, Bluegrass Pug Rescue Instagram, and the Bluegrass Pug Rescue website on Monday April 14, 2025.
Agreement:
Entering this Contest constitutes an agreement by the submitting Contestants to grant ownership and use, to BPR in perpetuity for all publicity, promotional and event purposes. Further, the winning design shall become the property of Bluegrass Pug Rescue, and the winning contestant shall sign a release giving BPR ownership rights to the winning design.
Media Release
By submitting a design, you agree that if your design wins, BPR shall retain all printing rights and a free license in perpetuity to use the design on T-shirts and other promotional items, advertisements, marketing, fund raising and public relations material. Contestants who are not selected as the winning designer shall retain all rights to their artwork.

VIP Bluegrass Pugfest Package that includes:
o Two-day pass to the event for 2 people.
o Complimentary parking passes for both days of the event.
o Two premier Pug fest Goodie Bags.
